We are seeking a Commercial Mortgage Loan Officer Originator - HARD MONEY to become a part of our team! You will evaluate and authorize approval of real estate, residential and commercial loans. WE PROVIDE LEADS. MORTGAGE NMLS NOT REQUIRED FOR COMMERCIAL
Responsibilities:
- Advise borrowers on financial status and payment methods
- We provide leads so NO COLD CALLING.70/30 split on leads provided.30/70 split on self generated deals that are your own.
- This is commercial lending so loans avg from 1mm-50mmBack office support with pricing and structuring loans
- Capital Markets on the floor to price and structure loans
- Processor on the floor to close loans
- Sales Manager on the floor to guide and assist
- Monthly Draws available
- Nationwide coverage
- You DO NOT NEED A LICENSE / nmls
- We pay the next day after loan closes..No taxes taken out. 1099
