Senior Systems Engineer, Test & Evaluation Lead

Fibertek, Inc. seeks an experienced Systems Engineer to serve as the Test Manager for the Army Javelin Seeker program. You will provide programmatic T&E oversight across the full life cycle, ensuring test planning, readiness, execution, and reporting align with requirements and risk management. You will lead T&E WIPTs, manage RVTM, and coordinate with Army test centers to deliver rigorous verification and executive-level briefings. US citizenship is required.
