WHAT THIS JOB ISRecovery Technicians are the people our clients see most. You are on the floor of a 132-bed residential treatment program for women in recovery — including pregnant and parenting mothers who have their children with them — and you are there for the parts of recovery that do not happen in a therapy office. The 6am wake-up. The hard afternoon. The 3am panic. The morning someone's kid needs breakfast and their mom is 11 days sober and holding on. You are not a security guard and you are not a babysitter. You are the steady adult in the building, and this program does not work without you. Before applying for this role, please read the following information about this opportunity found below.

Reliability is the single most important quality in this job. Steady under pressure. Things happen here at 2am. Respectful about addiction and mental illness. Our clients are not their worst day.
