Job Description/ Responsibilities:
- End user data backup
- End user system upgrade to Windows 11 Basic troubleshooting experience on Windows 10 and Windows 11 and deployment tools like SCCM/Intune
- Knowledge of end user data backup tools
- Prior experience of working in Life Science industry and R&D labs
- Good communication skills – client facing role
