Legend Biotech, a global biotechnology company, seeks a Patent Counsel/Senior Patent Counsel to join our Legal team in a hybrid role based in Philadelphia, PA or Somerset, NJ. You will lead strategic IP initiatives, draft and prosecute global patent portfolios, and partner with business teams on transactions, licensing, and collaborations. You bring 8+ years in life sciences patent prosecution, USPTO admission, and a JD, with strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to operate
