Staff+ Full-Stack Engineer, Monetization Platforms

OpenAI is seeking a Full Stack Staff & Software Engineer in Consumer Monetization to shape purchasing experiences across OpenAI products. Based in San Francisco, with three days in the office, you will own architecture and delivery for end-to-end checkout, payments, subscriptions, and monetization capabilities. You will lead initiatives from exploration to launch, mentor engineers, and partner with Product, Design, Growth, and Data Science to drive measurable impact.
