Qualifications: PhD, MD, PharmD, or MS with 8+ years in drug development, biostatistics, or outcomes research; experience with high-dimensional healthcare datasets, AI/ML tools, and clinical oncology; strong project management and communication skills.
Preferred: genitourinary oncology expertise, hematology/oncology fellowship, R&D experience, knowledge of regulatory science.
