Apply for this role →TJFACT is seeking a Boat Maintenance Advisor (BMA) for the U.S. Embassy, Ecuador, onsite at Guayaquil. The role reports to INL/WHP program teams and works with ECUNAV/COGAUR/Marines and ENP to sustain maritime capabilities and equipment readiness.
The BMA provides technical training, maintenance planning, and guidance on vessel systems, including engines and power, while supporting project implementation and capacity-building across partner agencies.
