This full-time opportunity offers strong earning potential, a manageable 1:4 call rotation, and a collaborative team of three physicians and two advanced practice providers — including a colleague who specializes in laryngology. The incoming physician will join a financially stable, not-for-profit regional health system with excellent referral support and a loyal patient base. Provide comprehensive medical and surgical ENT care to an adult and pediatric patient population Diagnose and treat disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck Perform a full scope of otolaryngologic procedures and surgeries Collaborate with advanced practice providers to optimize patient access and continuity of care Participate in a shared 1:4 call rotation Partner with primary care and specialty colleagues on coordinated, multidisciplinary care Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
