Assistant Manager

What You'll Do: • Lead the floor. Set the tone for the shift — open and close the site, direct the crew, and keepthe line moving.• Coach the team on sales. Train, motivate, and support Sales Associates so the whole crewhits its membership goals.• Own the numbers. Drive our membership capture rate, track daily performance, and help thesite win every month.• Run the pay station. Jump in wherever needed — greet guests, process transactions, and sellmemberships yourself.• Handle the moments that matter. Step in on guest concerns, resolve issues professionally, and escalate when needed.• Keep the site sharp. Support daily equipment checks, cleanliness standards, and safetyprocedures across the wash.• Support the Site Manager. Help with scheduling, staff coverage, inventory, and daily reporting. Who We're Looking For• Leadership instincts — you lead by example, hold a standard, and people want to work foryou.• A sales mindset — confident, persuasive, and motivated by hitting goals.• Prior supervisory or team lead experience — car wash, retail, restaurant, or hospitality allcount.• Reliable and hands-on — you show up, bring the energy, and never say thats not my job.• Calm under pressure — you handle a busy line and a tough guest without losing your cool.• Open availability — including weekends, which are our busiest days.• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required. What You'll Earn Base pay. $21.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on your car wash and sales experience. Paid bi-weekly on Fridays. Hourly / non-exempt. Membership commission. You earn the same membership sales commission as the rest of thecrew, on top of your hourly wage:$1.00 for each eligible Basic/ Entry - Level membership sold.$3.00 for each eligible Mid - Tier / Standard membership sold.$5.00 for each eligible Premium / Top - Tier membership sold. Monthly performance bonus. Earn up to an additional $300 per month based on the site's membership capture rate.
