Position Summary:
- As a Studio Manager / Lash Artist / Esthetician at deka+, your primary focus will be providing lash extensions, lash lifts, brow services and select skincare services while creating an exceptional experience for every client.

Responsibilities:
- Be the first level of support for Rogers Studio for customer satisfaction and overall studio appearance and culture
- Consult with clients to understand their beauty goals and recommend services that best fit their needs
- Perform lash extensions, lash lifts, brow services and other services within your training and licensure
- Deliver a high level of client care from consultation through checkout
- Educate clients on aftercare, maintenance and recommended service frequency
- Introduce clients to memberships, retail products and additional services when appropriate
- Maintain a clean, organized and sanitary workspace
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming, professional and positive studio environment
Requirements:
- Licensed esthetician or cosmetologist, based on state requirements 2+ years of lash experience preferred, but not required — paid training is provided
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Passion for beauty and helping clients feel their best
- Friendly, dependable, coachable and excited to continue learning
