Advanced Aesthetician, Phlebotomist
Advanced Aesthetician Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth skin assessments to create personalized treatment plans aligned with client goals. Perform a range of advanced aesthetic treatments, including:
  • Microneedling (with or without PRP)
  • Chemical peels
  • HydraFacialsDermaplaningLED light therapy
  • MicrodermabrasionRadiofrequency or ultrasound-based skin tightening
Assist with laser and light-based treatments (e.g., hair removal, IPL, skin resurfacing), if certified. Educate clients on skincare regimens, product recommendations, and post-treatment care. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage return visits and product sales. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment room in accordance with state board and health regulations. Document treatment outcomes, client feedback, and before/after photos in the client record management system. Attend ongoing training to stay current on new techniques, technologies, and trends in medical aesthetics.
Phlebotomy Responsibilities: Perform venipuncture for procedures requiring blood collection, such as:
  • PRP facials (vampire facials)PRP for hair restorationPRP injections for skin rejuvenation
  • Process and prepare PRP using centrifuge equipment and sterile technique.
  • Ensure proper sample labeling, tracking, and handling to maintain safety and efficacy.
  • Monitor patients for any adverse reactions during or post blood draw and respond accordingly.
  • Sanitize and maintain all phlebotomy tools and equipment per clinic protocols.
  • Comply with HIPAA, OSHA, and state regulations for all client and procedural interactions.
