This person will work with both the internal team as well as the client and any external partners, as needed. Your purpose, will be to manage the day-to-day client deliverables, manage the task calendar, provide direction on projects, maintain communication between all parties, and deliver client work in a timely and accurate fashion to meet the strategic client goals for their programs. This includes the ability to provide clear and concise communications and manage client deliver calendars. The candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in managing executive benefits and split-dollar life insurance plans, as well as running split-dollar inforce illustrations. This role will require being proficient with CRM databases (Smart Office and Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and carrier life insurance illustration software. You will also need to have extensive skills in sophisticated executive compensation plan design, be self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision. Having great organizational skills and being able to multi-task is essential. In addition, following up on all client service administration and attending staff meetings to serve as liaison between Plan Management and other departments.

Servant leadership mentality Communicate within our Organization’s format (Fact/Facts, Feeling Facts, Goals and Action Items)Follow-up with Team Members to ensure tasks are being completed with deadlines Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by leadership Knowledge Base: Proficient in executive benefit plan administration, split-dollar insurance, and insurance illustration software Knowledge of insurance company transactions and underwriting procedures General knowledge of estate planning and wealth management a plus Computer and office equipment experience, including word, excel & database entry Attention to detail and accuracy of work are imperative Must be dependable and flexible in changing priorities with the ability to handle multiple tasks Good communications skills with ability to speak to staff and advisors clearly and concisely Ability to apply commonsense, understanding and carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
Work Experience:
2-4 years of experience in executive benefit plan administration and life insurance policy modelingA plus would be experience in plan communications and educational materials

The base salary range for this position is $65,000 – $90,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location.
