What You'll Do: Set up and operate CNC OD/ID grinding machines Load and modify G-code programs as needed Install and align tooling, fixtures, and workpieces Perform precision inspections to ensure parts meet exact specifications Troubleshoot issues and adjust machines for optimal performance Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace

What We're Looking For: 2+ years of experience with G-code, CNC setup, and part inspection Prior OD/ID grinding experience is a strong plus Solid understanding of machining operations Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn Dependable, punctual, detail-driven, and organized Ability to read blueprints and use precision measurement tools
