Remitly is building the Remitly Global Card and is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Card team in Arlington, VA. You will guide end-to-end features, APIs, and services that issue cards, hold balances, and move money, shaping engineering culture as the first leader in the Arlington office. You will collaborate with product and design, own quarterly goals, and grow the team while championing safe AI tooling to boost productivity in a regulated fintech environment.
