If you are enthusiastic about handmade sourdough breads and seasonal pastries made from local produce and imported chocolate, we need you! Applicants must be outgoing and hospitality-oriented, with curiosity and a willingness to learn and grow. Listening to customer inquiries and making helpful recommendations, and multitasking by actively managing a team of approximately 15 people is required. This job requires weekends and holidays, and is generally an 8 hour shift.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth operation of our retail store through organization of employees, products and procedures. Identify and explain products to both customers and retail team
- SalesMaintain a clean retail space
- Process customer orders, in person and online.
Qualifications:
- Experience in management position minimum 1 year, preferably in a hospitality or food-related field.
- Must be fluent English speaker with excellent verbal communication skills, in person and on phone
- Have a positive energetic rapport with both visitors and colleagues
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be presentable, professional and passionate about hospitality
