Automotive Business Development Center Rep. ( BDC call Center )

Compensation: Hourly pay: $14.00 - $28.00 per hour Average monthly earnings: $2,400 - $5,200 Performance-based bonuses

Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound phone calls Schedule service appointments and follow up on leads Resolve customer issues and concerns Direct customers to appropriate departments or employees Build and maintain relationships with clients Confirm and reschedule appointments Regain customer retention Maintain professional phone etiquette and voice

Qualifications: Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Prior experience in BDC, automotive service/sales, or customer service is a plus High-volume call experience Strong negotiation and rapport-building skills Detail-oriented with excellent attendance Professional phone skills and a friendly demeanor

Schedule: Full-time position Shifts: 8-10 hours Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed Holidays and overtime as required
