Position Contingent Upon Contract Award
Help Evaluate the Next Generation of Airmen and GuardiansABSS Solutions is seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist to support the Headquarters Air Force Accessions Center in evaluating applicants for military service. Unlike traditional outpatient practice, this role emphasizes psychological evaluations, medical record review, military medical standards, and multidisciplinary consultation supporting accession decisions.
Who We're Looking For: We're looking for experienced Clinical Psychologists who enjoy applying sound clinical judgment within a structured, evidence-based evaluation environment. Rather than providing ongoing therapy, this role focuses on conducting objective psychological assessments, reviewing behavioral health documentation, and providing well-supported recommendations regarding accession eligibility under established Air Force medical standards.

They possess strong analytical and written communication skills, are comfortable evaluating complex behavioral health histories, and can clearly articulate recommendations supported by clinical evidence and applicable policy. Candidates who have experience with military populations, fitness-for-duty evaluations, disability assessments, medical evaluation boards, accession screening, or other forensic or occupational psychology settings will be particularly successful in this position.
We're seeking professionals who value collaboration, continuous learning, and quality improvement while contributing to a mission that directly supports the readiness and resilience of future Airmen and Guardians.
