What you'll bring: ~10+ years in interior design ideally within an architecture practice or high end residential studio~ A degree in interior design, architecture or a related field~ High end residential experience, ideally townhouse, brownstone or prewar renovations~ Expert AutoCAD and Photoshop proficiency~ A deep knowledge of millwork, materials and detailing, especially in older buildings~ Familiarity with NYC renovation, DOB and Landmarks processes is a real plus The package:~$120,000 - $130,000 pa DOE~401K~ Healthcare~15 days PTO PLUS the week between Christmas and New Years off!
