Director of Equity & Title IX — Strategic Compliance Leader

Berklee seeks a strategic Director of Equity and Title IX and institutional Title IX Coordinator to lead the Equity Team and oversee compliance with Title VI, Title VII, Title IX, VAWA, and related laws. The role reports to the Chief Equity and Conduct Officer and focuses on creating a safe, inclusive environment for Berklee's global community. Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in higher education or equity compliance, strong leadership, and trauma-informed investigative skills.
