Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Responsibilities: Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse delivers efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. As an LPN at River Ridge, you’ll be an important part of a collaborative care team, supporting residents in a specialized brain injury program. This role offers the opportunity to deliver hands-on care, monitor changes, and work closely with nursing leadership to provide thoughtful, consistent support to residents. *Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes in condition.*Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.*Administer medications and performs treatments per physician orders.*Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff. Base Pay $33.00 - $38.50/hour. PLUS Shift Differentials up to $9.50/hour Qualifications: *Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing. *Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.*Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
