Production Associate

Position Overview: Production Associates work in one primary area while receiving cross-training in multiple departments to support production needs.

Responsibilities: Lay out production materials, including springs and fillers Operate tools used to secure springs and filler materials Pull fabric over products and operate vacuum equipment Package finished products into plastic bags or cardboard boxes Heat seal and label finished products for shipment Stack finished products onto pallets for shipping Measure and cut fabric according to product specifications (as trained)Assist with loading and unloading trucks and staging materials in the warehouse
