Live-In Resident Director, Student Life

Lake Erie College is seeking a Resident Director for a part-time, live-in role reporting to the Executive Director of Student Affairs. You will oversee a housing community, supervise Resident Assistants, and support student welfare through policy enforcement and programming. The RD will manage on-call duties, coordinate RA meetings, and ensure housing operations run smoothly while maintaining strong campus culture and collaboration with staff.
