We're looking for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist who loves working with children and wants more flexibility and control over their schedule. You'll work with children where they live, learn, and playincluding homes, daycares, schools, and community settings throughout the Durham, Raleigh and Cary/Apex areas. Additionally, you'll have the flexibility and independence of working in the natural environment, while still having experienced clinical leadership, administrative and scheduling support, and a team that understands the unique realities of providing therapy out in the community. What You'll Do:
  • Provide individualized occupational therapy to pediatric clients in homes, daycares, schools, and other natural environments
  • Conduct evaluations and standardized assessments
  • Develop functional, individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver play-based, evidence-informed therapy
  • Partner with parents, caregivers, and educators to support progress in the child's everyday environment
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
  • Maintain timely and compliant documentation
  • Collaborate with other members of the child's care team
