Registered Nurse (RN)

What You'll Do: Provide high-quality nursing care to residents while ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Assess residents' conditions and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments accurately and according to facility policies. Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond promptly to medical needs. Perform treatments and procedures within your scope of practice, including wound care, catheter care, IV therapy, and dressing changes as needed. Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team. Accurately document assessments, medications, treatments, vital signs, and other required care. Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding ongoing care. Participate in care planning and discharge planning as appropriate. Promote a positive, compassionate, and resident-centered environment.

What We're Looking For: Active RN license in the state of North Carolina. Current CPR and First Aid certification. Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. A genuine commitment to providing excellent care to our residents.
