Principal Mechanical Engineer - Data Center Leader

Vantage Data Centers seeks a Principal Engineer, Mechanical Engineering to lead mechanical design strategy for hyperscale data centers across North America. You will mentor engineers, guide design standards, and influence cross-functional teams including electrical, operations and innovation engineering. You will drive complex technical initiatives, review critical decisions, and support commissioning and operational readiness while staying ahead of industry trends for performance and efficiency.
