This is a highly customer-facing engineering role, you’ll need to be comfortable working directly with security teams, understanding their requirements, troubleshooting technical issues and translating those challenges into effective automation. You’ll: Work directly with enterprise customers as a technical security partner Design, build and deploy security automations, AI agents and workflows Translate customer security requirements into technical solutions Integrate with existing security and IT platforms using APIs, webhooks and Python Build automations across SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, IAM, CSPM and cloud security environments Troubleshoot complex integrations and work hands-on with customer environments Collaborate with customers and internal engineering/product teams to continuously improve solutions Background: Experience in Security Engineering, Security Automation, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, FDE, Dev Sec Ops or Technical Consulting Proven enterprise customer-facing experience is essential Strong cybersecurity and security operations knowledge Hands-on experience with Python, scripting, APIs and automation Experience designing or implementing security integrations and workflows Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues across cloud and security environments Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to security teams Passion for AI, automation and emerging cybersecurity technologies Startup/high-growth cybersecurity experience is a big plus Experience working with Fortune 500 / enterprise customers is highly desirable This is not a purely internal engineering role. Candidates must have experience working directly with customers and be comfortable owning technical conversations, requirements gathering, troubleshooting and solution delivery. Candidates must be based in the Central or Eastern USA.
