Schedule: only one time 6 hours service (1-10 clients).
Hours: 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM (3 hours per week).
Start Date:
ASAP.The caregiver will provide care and assistance in accordance with the client's established care plan.
Requirements:
Bathing and Dressing Assistance.
Light Housekeeping.
