Powered-Land Development Specialist

OpenAI is seeking a Powered Land Developer to advance powered-land opportunities across the portfolio. You will own day-to-day development across 1–3 active sites, coordinating utility applications, interconnection studies, and schedule/risk management to enable readiness handoffs. You will translate study findings into actionable schedule and budget implications, partner with land, environmental, and community affairs teams, and help build repeatable playbooks for multi-site development across
