Packaging Lab Manager - Contractor (East Hanover)

Adept Group in East Hanover, NJ seeks a Lab Manager (1099 Contractor) to lead packaging lab operations and testing workflows. The role involves onsite work, managing equipment calibration, safety, and vendor coordination within a large packaging team. You will support a 50+ member team through collaboration with Packaging Engineers, establish testing protocols, and oversee CapEx-related documentation and compliance. This is a 1-year contract with 3–4 onsite days per week.
