Church Planter & Launch Team Leader

A community organization in Arvada is looking for a Church Planter to join their staff for a 24-month commitment. The successful candidate will prepare to launch and lead a new congregation while engaging in pastoral ministry. Responsibilities include developing leaders, collaborating with staff, and building a support network. The ideal candidate must have over 5 years of ministry experience and strong preaching skills. They will work in a collaborative environment aimed at fostering Christian growth and maturation.
