Sido New York Real Estate is expanding and seeking motivated Licensed Real Estate Agents to join our growing team. This is a chance to work alongside senior brokers on active leasing, investment sales, and owner advisory assignments across New York City. What You'll Do:
  • Represent landlords and tenants in office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use leasing assignments
  • Support investment sales and owner advisory engagements
  • Prepare market surveys, underwriting, financial analysis, and pricing recommendations
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, property tours, negotiations, and transaction management
  • Build and maintain relationships with owners, tenants, investors, and industry professionals
Qualifications:
  • Active New York State Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License (required)
  • Commercial real estate experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a collaborative, client-first mindset
  • Driven to build a long-term career in commercial real estate
