Apply for this role →Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Eligibility Analyst will manage eligibility determinations, ensure compliance with benefits guidelines, and maintain accurate data entry in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
Process eligibility requests and verify member benefits in accordance with established policies
Maintain accurate records and documentation to support eligibility determinations
Collaborate with team members and clients to resolve eligibility issues and improve processes
Required qualifications:
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in eligibility and/or benefits
Exceptional data entry skills with high attention to detail
Ability to learn new systems and effectively use MS Excel/Word
Experience in a fast-paced, customer service-driven environment
