Full-Lifecycle TA Partner - LA Onsite

Plug is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in Los Angeles to own full-lifecycle recruiting across engineering, operations, and GTM. You’ll manage end-to-end searches, leveraging Ashby automation and AI tools to build pipelines and coordinate interviews with minimal handoffs. You’ll work directly with hiring managers, own the candidate experience, and drive closing negotiations. This role requires 5+ years in high-growth tech recruiting and being onsite in Sawtelle.
