Key responsibilities:
Deliver live, synchronous instruction for five or more hours daily, creating an engaging virtual classroom experience
Utilize student performance data to personalize instruction and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs
Provide timely feedback on student work and maintain accurate records to keep students and families informedRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in Education or a related field and an active state teaching license with an endorsement in Mathematics for grades 6-12 in Virginia or Indiana
Experience teaching in virtual and/or in-person settings, with comfort in managing a live online classroom
Hands-on experience with online learning platforms and virtual instruction tools
Ability to read and utilize student performance data to inform instructional adjustments
Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage a full student caseload independently in a remote setting
