Federal Law Clerk II: Research & Drafting (San Diego, On-Site)

Fredrick Oak Consulting is hiring a Law Clerk II to support Assistant United States Attorneys and Attorney Advisors at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of California. This is a full-time, on-site position at 880 Front Street in downtown San Diego under a federal contract held by OakStrat Alliance. You will perform legal research, analysis, and drafting for civil and criminal matters, manage dockets and deadlines, and coordinate with attorneys and support staff.
