Business Systems Analyst – Medicaid

Location: Hybrid Lawrence Township, NJ (3 days/week on site required)

Our client is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support enterprise initiatives across healthcare operations and government programs. This role will partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver scalable technology solutions. The ideal candidate is a strong techno-functional analyst with experience documenting requirements, managing stakeholders, and working within complex healthcare environments. Position Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements Write detailed functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and specifications Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to deliver solutions Perform data analysis and support testing activities throughout the SDLCFacilitate stakeholder discussions and drive requirements to completion Support project delivery across Agile and Waterfall environments Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies Assist with issue analysis, root cause investigation, and solution implementation
