This individual has a sincere demeanor that allows guests to feel like they are being welcomed home from the time they step out of their car until we see their taillights. They have a knowledge of all of the happenings on property to ensure they are able to answer any questions the guests might ask them. Requested Tasks Greet and welcome every guest. Ensure every guest receives a fond farewell. Identify and explain hotel facilities and features to guest Engage guests in a friendly and professional yet warm manner Safely and securely drive every guest vehicle.
