Growth Lead for Oncology Clinical Trials Enrollment

Massive Bio seeks a Patient Growth Manager to own the end‐to‐end funnel—from identifying eligible cancer patients to referral, screening, consent, and randomization—driving enrollment alongside clinical ops, technology, and site networks. You will coordinate with sites, sponsors, CROs, and health systems across countries to scale throughput while reducing cycle times, hiring and leading a small delivery team as volume grows.
