Apply for this role →Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, the full-time Regulatory Reporting Accountant will manage SEC filings, ensure compliance with GAAP financial statements, and support audit requests, with the flexibility to work either remotely or in a hybrid model.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate and prepare documentary support for SEC filings, including Form 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K
Ensure timely responses to internal and external audit requests related to quarterly and annual audits
Assist with quarterly and year-end financial reporting tasks, including project management and process improvements
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
2+ years of experience in Accounting and Financial Services
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis of financial statements
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams, and Workiva Wdesk; experience with SAP is a plus
Completion of, or progress towards, CPA is highly desired
