In this pivotal role, you'll develop and execute a strategic business plan, lead early project acquisition, and grow a robust practice serving public clients across transportation and municipal services, while building lasting relationships with key decision-makers at state DOTs and local governments. You'll combine deep technical expertise with strategic business development and talent leadership to strengthen our footprint in the region.
