Vice President Land Development

Responsibilities: Lead strategic project delivery and client engagement across a portfolio of land development and municipal infrastructure projects. Contribute to the development of new business, maintain key relationships, and execute technical project oversight. Oversee project budgeting, bidding, contracts, and performance reporting to ensure operational success. Manage and mentor engineering teams, coordinating workflows and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Play a pivotal role in shaping regional growth by aligning team capabilities with the company's long-term strategic goals.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Professional Engineer (PE) license required. 15+ years of civil engineering experience, with a strong leadership and project management background.
