Physical Therapy Assistant - In-House SNF (PRN)

Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Kingsport, TN. This PRN position supports the resident-focused therapy program under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. You will conduct screenings, assist in treatment planning, and help deliver individualized and group therapies to residents, while coordinating with the PT and care team. Ongoing licensure requirements and CMS documentation are part of the role.
