Intern - Technology

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Work on technology design projects as a team member, participating in the design to help meet expectations and project requirements Assist in programs like AutoCAD and Revit to help establish design drawings Collaborate with others to gain real-world experience in the industry Participate in internal Cerami projects or programs Assist in the design of a small project and understand means and methodology of design Establish introductory understanding of technology infrastructure design Gain better understanding of project schedules, feasibility, and cost REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIESInterest in telecommunications, audio/visual systems and/or physical security Understanding of AutoCAD, Revit encouraged (but not required) Comprehension in applicable higher mathematics Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and PDF readers (Adobe or Bluebeam) Outstanding analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills Motivated and excited team player

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Current undergraduate and graduate students with majors in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and/or related fields.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Regularly required to sit, use hands, and communicate verbally. Occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
