Apply for this role (opens in a new tab)To ensure high-quality decision-making, the remote Senior Decision Analyst will manage the elaboration of strategies, facilitate decision processes, and lead quantitative evaluations of strategic alternatives while collaborating closely with organizational leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Hold regular meetings and workshops to elaborate and implement cascading strategies across the organization
Frame and structure complex decision situations, ensuring a creative set of alternatives is developed for major decisions
Lead quantitative evaluations of strategic alternatives using advanced decision analysis techniques and modelsRequired Qualifications:10+ years of experience in decision analysis, decision science, or strategy consulting, preferably in natural resources or capital-intensive industries
Deep knowledge of decision analysis tools, including Monte Carlo simulation and multi-objective trade-off analysis
Proven experience facilitating executive-level decision and strategy processes
Strong communication skills to translate complex concepts into clear insights for leadership
Fluency in English; proficiency in Portuguese and/or French is advantageous
