QA & Food Safety Externship for CIA Students (Spring 2027)

Bridor USA in Vineland, NJ seeks a QA/QC extern student from the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) for Spring 2027. The externship offers hands-on exposure to food safety, quality systems, and regulatory compliance within a premier bakery operation. The selected candidate will work with Bridor's Quality Assurance team, gaining experience in GMP/HACCP, product testing, documentation, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting.
