This role is pivotal in the evolution and evangelism of the go-to-market strategy for private credit and structured products, with a focus on client solutioning and the growth of the offering. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the development and management of the private credit end-to-end platform, providing subject matter expertise, driving solutions, and ensuring the firm is well-positioned to capture the growth in this sector. Collaboration with commercial, operating, and global market teams is essential to drive superior outcomes for the company and its clients. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a background in finance, business, or accounting, and at least 7 years' of experience in private credit and/or structured products. The role requires critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as a demonstrable ability to manage projects and collaborate across teams. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the private credit strategic operating model and technology stack, and the ability to develop solutions for complex clients.
