Responsibilities: Source candidates for multiple industries and maintain an active pool of skilled candidatesConduct talent calls, interviews, interview preps and orientationsComplete all pre-employment due diligence including employment applications, background and drug testing, I9s, W4s and other as requiredCreate and update payroll records, pay rates, job assignment information and electronic time entry credentialsManage temporary associates on assignments. Handle staffing emergencies, job coaching and terminationsSkill market job seekers to clients and local companiesDocument and maintain all candidate and client information in company database timely and accuratelyEffectively communicate with client managers / points of contact with daily updates on job searchesEnsure all company practices are in accordance with standard operating processesPost job advertisements on CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn and other PS social media sitesTour client locations to fully understand positions and client needsAttend daily team staff meetingsRequired SkillsRecruiting experience is a plusExperience working in a position with performance goals and KPIsExcellent computer skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word.
