Job Description CNC Machinist - Precision Manufacturing Expert Wanted! Join a dynamic team in a critical role that keeps everything moving smoothly behind the scenes of production. As a CNC Machinist, you'll be the backbone of our manufacturing process-setting up, operating, and fine-tuning CNC Mills and Lathes to produce high-quality components. Your expertise will directly impact the precision and efficiency of our operations, making you an essential part of our manufacturing success story.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC equipment
- Ability to generate CNC programs and troubleshoot issues on the shop floor
- Strong understanding of G&M code and blueprints
- Experience with precision measurement tools and part inspection
- Ability to make tooling adjustments and perform light maintenance
- Nice to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of Mazatrol programming
- Experience with CNC troubleshooting and light programming
Preferred Education and Experience:
Prior experience as a CNC Machinist is highly valued Technical training or certifications in machining or manufacturing
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift trays weighing up to 50 lbs
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
