Treasury Accountant

Location: Weston, FL

Pay: $65K–$75K/year

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Morning Shift

Type: Temp-to-Hire | 100% Onsite

Responsibilities: Monitor daily cash positions and bank balances. Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations. Support cash flow forecasting and treasury reporting. Process ACH, wire, and other banking transactions. Review and process vendor invoices and employee expenses. Manage weekly payment runs and resolve AP discrepancies. Prepare journal entries and support intercompany transactions. Assist with month-end close, audits, and SOX controls. Support process improvements and ERP/treasury system initiatives.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.4–8+ years of accounting or treasury experience with strong cash management exposure. Experience with bank reconciliations, cash forecasting, and AP.ERP experience such as SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle. Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.Knowledge of ACH, wire transfers, banking operations, and internal controls. Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Public company, SOX, IPO readiness, FX, or intercompany experience is a plus.
